Join us in beautiful Vernon, BC from August 6–9 for an unforgettable weekend of beautiful drives, camaraderie, and lakeside fun.
Below, you’ll find everything you need to register for the event. Let’s make this year’s Run one to remember!
1. Registration
Registration fees help cover essential costs like event hosting, the website, prizes, meals, and other shared experiences. Thanks for supporting the event and helping us make it awesome for everyone! This event is run as a not-for-profit — all proceeds go directly back into the club.
Valid for an individual event attendee. Early bird pricing ends April 30.
OR
Valid for 2 adult attendees living in a single household. Children under 18 are free. Early bird pricing ends April 30.
+Add OgoRally
Select to join for an extended edition of the event on Wednesday August 5th. Extra rally through some of the best roads in BC. Likely taking a ferry. Could be hot springs. WILL include good times. All for $0.
OgoRally attendees are be responsible to book an additional nights stay at a yet to be determined hotel.
2. Select Lodging
New chalet this year!
Note: by selecting a room your are expressing your preference. We will do everything possible to accommodate your preference, however the organizers reserve the right to adjust room assignments based on the mix of attendees.
Includes king bed, private ensuite bathroom, fireplace, sitting area.
Note: this is not a private room. Located on the ground floor near the entrance. Group activities (kitchen, primary living room) will be on second floor. Powder room adjacent to this room.
Please read carefully before selecting
The chalet is limited on bed space. If you are open minded and do not need traditional sleeping quarters, you may sleep in the laundry room space.
Requirements:
Must bring your own sleeping pad, foamie, or cot
Must bring your own sleeping bag
Must bring your own pillow
Must prioritize a good story over creature comforts like a bed or a good nights sleep

3. Select Activities
Friday, August 7. Deposit only. Final cost and payment due once headcount is confirmed.
Saturday, August 8. Select this option if you intend to race. Payment due at event.
Saturday, August 8 offers a variety of activity options. Add any that interest you to your cart to help us gauge participation — no commitment required.
4. Note any dietary restrictions
Please let us know if you have any specific dietary restrictions or considerations. Add to cart and complete form pop-up.
